Borders Wood is set in 600 acres of farm, woodland and lakes on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir in the heart of the English countryside.
Clay shooting here is second to none and available to all ages and abilities, for fun or a competitive sport. Shooting has traditionally taken place at Borders Wood for over 100 years and many of the stands used for clay pigeon shooting are located in the best pheasant drives. A warm welcome awaits all our visitors, in the Shoot Lodge a beautiful 300 year old converted stone barn, with a large open fire.
Spring Hill Lake (Lake 2) is a 2½ acre lake within walking distance of the farm; well stocked with fish up to 12lb. Garston’s Pond (Lake 1) is set in our extensive woodland extending to 1½ acres and is stocked with carp, tench and bream.
We offer onsite accommodation in one of our four star Woodview self catering holiday cottages.
